How To Change The Title And Tagline

You blog‘s title and tagline can be changed in a variety of ways from your WordPress dashboard menu.

Appearance->Customize

Here you can change the Site Title and Tagline and immediately see the results.

NOTE: Not all themes will display the Tagline.

Appearance->Header

Here you can choose to upload a custom Header Image or change the color of the Header Text – including the Site Title.

If you choose to upload a custom image, pay close attention to the recommended dimensions shown on this screen to ensure that your image looks good. Images of the wrong size or dimensions will look distorted or out of focus.

NOTE: Each theme requires different header size and dimensions.

Settings->General

Here you can change the Site Title, Tagline and several other features of your blog including the email address associated with the blog and date/time settings.
